Squeeze the moist ruptured grapes in the filter, collect fresh juice and restore it again to the earthen pot. Close and make the jar air tight as earlier. Keep in a cool dark and dry place for next 21 days.
  5. Step 5: On 42 day, open the pot and gently pour the clear wine in one bottle. Despite shaking the jar, collect the clear wine on top and pour in a sterilized glass bottles. Your homemade wine is now prepared.
